Mix 1 packet of TEAN’S GOURMET Paste for Prawn Noodle with 1200ml of boiling water, simmer it over.
Blanch 600g yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 big bowls.
Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallots and spring onion.
Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
