Mix 1 packet of TEAN'S GOURMET Paste for Fish Curry into 500ml (2 cups) of water. Bring to Boil for 3 minutes.
Add in 500g of fish (or other seafood) cover lid to simmer under medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add in 40g lady's fingers (okra), 1 medium size tomato (cut to preferred size), 100g fried bean curd and 1 medium size onion (diced), then continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Add in 150ml of coconut milk and bring to boil. Serve hot.
