Peranakan Delights Nyonya Red Curry

pineapple
potato
water
santan (coconut milk)
jasmine rice

Cooking Method

Add in 180g PERANAKAN DELIGHTS Nyonya Red Curry into wok, stir for a while over low heat.

Add in 450g of chicken, 180g of medium size potato or pineapple (cubes), mix and fry for 5 minutes under medium heat.

Add 360ml of water, and simmer over medium heat for about 18 minutes until chicken is tender.

Add 90ml of coconut milk / milk, bring to boil over medium heat. Serve hot with rice.
