Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourment Paste for Tom Yam in 750ml boiling water. Bring to boil.
Add in 300g squids, 200g prawns, 100g abalone mushrooms, 100g baby corns and 6 bird’s eye chillies (cut to preferred size). Cook for 10 minutes.
Add in 1 medium sized tomato (cut into wedges) Bring to boil for 3 minutes and add in some kaffir lime leaves.
Serve hot.
