Cooking Method

Prepare 720g of fish, rub with a pinch of salt and place on a plate.

55g lady fingers and 2 medium size tomatoes cut into slices, put on top the fish and pour 180g PERANAKAN DELIGHTS Nyonya Sauce over the cut vegetables and fish.

Put the dish of fish over the boiling water and steam over medium heat for 18 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
