Mix 1 packet of TEAN’S GOURMET Paste for Vegetarian Curry into 500ml water. Bring to boil for 3 minutes.
Add in 100g each of brinjals (eggplants), long beans, lady’s finger (okra), carrot together with pressed tofu and cabbage (cut to preferred size). Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add in 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
