
Prepare 450g chicken pieces, 7g dried shiitake mushroom (soaked) and 180g potato (wedges). Fry all ingredients with some cooking oil for 2-3 minutes in a wok over low heat.
Add in 1 packet of PERANAKAN DELIGHTS Nyonya Pongteh paste and 360ml of water.
Simmer over low heat until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle some fried shallots on top. Serve hot with rice.
