
Pour 180g PERANAKAN DELIGHTS Nyonya Kapitan into a wok, heat up over low heat.
Add in 630g of chicken, stir for a while over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add in 360ml of water, put on the lid and simmer over medium heat for 10-13 minutes.
Add 180ml of coconut milk/milk, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and stir fry over medium heat until gravy thickened.
Serve hot with rice.
