Apply 1 pack TEAN’S GOURMET Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices Mix all over a 1.2kg whole chicken or chicken parts and set aside for about 2 hours.
Wrap the marinated chicken or chicken parts with the plastic wrapper provided, then follow by wrapping it with aluminium foil provided.
Steam for 2 hours over medium flame.
Served with rice.
